  Went at 7pm on a Wednesday and it took 15 minutes just to pick up my online order. 7+ employees standing around and when I informed one of them that I was picking up my order, she said she couldn't help me and to wait in the regular line despite a sign at the register that says you should inform a sales associate if your online order is ready to pick up. Had to show my order # two times to two employees before they even went in the back room. After receiving my order, I asked to use the fitting room. The guy said he couldn't open it and to ask someone else (later I saw him open it for another customer). I indeed asked someone else and she asked yet another employee to open the fitting room door. No apology for the long wait in line nor the lengthy retrieval of the actual order. Very disorganized and poorest customer service I have experienced at any A&F. I do not plan on returning to this store.
