  I am a contractor and work with subs all the time, and "Joe", the owner of Dynasty Glass, has to be the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with. I asked him to cut me a 8' piece of 3/4" glass for a commercial counter. The first piece was not square. When I told him about this he accused me of measuring wrong. So I asked him to measure the piece with me. He refused to measure it in front of me, but he took the piece back and said it would be fixed that day by 3 and he would call me as soon as it was ready. @ 3:30 I called to get an update.... no answer. I called again @ 4, 4:30,5,5:30,6,6:30,and 7. I left messages every time saying to please call me. Still no answer and no callback. I finally was able to get a hold of him @ 7am the next morning. He said it would be ready at his shop by 10 or I could go pick it up from the manufacturer (Liberty Glass of Corona). Since the grand opening of the project was that afternoon, I decided to pick it up myself @ 8. I called Liberty to make sure that the piece hadn't been shipped already only to find out that the work still had not been done and that the soonest the piece would be ready would be by 10 @ their facility, and that the one and only delivery truck had gone out for today. In other words, My piece never was going to be at Joes shop by 10 on friday. The whole mess ended with me calling joe to confront him about his lies and ask for a refund and him cursing me out and calling me a "Mother F*$&er"
  
  I have never written a review before, but after this experience I felt I needed to warn others. The bottom line is: AVOID DYNASTY GLASS LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you don't believe me, do a search for Dynasty Glass Arcadia and see what other people have to say about Joe. I didn't find those reviews till it was too late for me, but hopefully I can prevent someone from making the same mistake I did.
