  The front office gals are scam artists!!!  I have insurance and asked them what is the co-pay for a procedure.  The gal told me a number over the phone that I thought was reseaonable.  When I showed up, I asked again and they said the most is about $220.  Then, they asked me to sign a brunch of consent forms and so on, put me on the chair, and ask me to sign again.  So I did.  The procedure was okay.  But get this, my credit card is billed $300.  I called the office to confront the charge.  Get this, the gal now says whatever she told me was an estimate, and since I signed the form they can charge me whatever they deem appopriate.  Something else, isn't?  I don't know if I can give them one star.

  I GUESS SOME PEOPLE GET LUCKY. In other words, they are not very clean they had a mess in the sterlizing area. They had clean instruments with dirty instruments. Not only that I thought they were suppose to practice a sterile field concept but instead I seen nothing but horsing around with the assistants. One thing is to have fun and another is to act stupid and that goes for the assiatnt and the student they had their. I would not recommend you at all. everyone please really do yourreaserch so this doesnt happend. And to the Dr. if you ever read this get people that care about patients and that dont horse around their work area. I bet you will get better results and more patients. And clean up that mess in your office, it makes you guys look like HOARDERS... I would of given you no stars but your wife was actually nice. hope you guys check your staff...... i hated this place. really sad and disappointed. when i told my friend the one who recomended me she neve went back.
